About

Vidhushini Nanjappan is an abstract artist based in Toronto, Canada. Her mixed media works create three-dimensional illusions and sculptural forms from two-dimensional surfaces, blending traditional and modern techniques. Born in India, her early pieces were vivid and bold, embodying a "young and wild" spirit. As she grew artistically, her palette became more primitive, reflecting a deeper introspection.
One of her greatest strengths is her experimentation with various materials, ranging from metal wires to plaster, allowing her to push the boundaries of her art. Through this exploration, Vidhushini delves into the deeper meaning of life, expressing a profound, evolving understanding of existence.
